- Name and email address — collected via the AI Advisor welcome gate when you begin a conversation with Kaia, our AI health advisor.
- Health goals and questions — information you share during chat conversations with the AI Advisor, including health concerns, goals, and preferences.
- Assessment responses — answers you provide in our free health assessment, including health goals, age range, activity level, current supplement use, tracking habits, interests, and budget range.
- Usage and analytics data — standard technical data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and device information, collected to help us understand how the platform is used and to improve the experience.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide personalised health recommendations — your assessment responses and chat inputs are used to generate tailored supplement, wellness, and lifestyle guidance through our AI Advisor.
- To improve our AI Advisor service — we may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve the quality and accuracy of our AI-generated recommendations.
- To send follow-up guidance via email — only with your consent. If you provide your email address, we may send personalised health recommendations and updates. You can opt out at any time.

Data storage and security
Your data is processed via Netlify serverless functions. Chat data from AI Advisor conversations is not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly submit information (such as your name and email for follow-up purposes).
Name and email addresses submitted through the AI Advisor welcome gate are stored securely for follow-up and communication purposes.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. We regularly review our data handling practices to ensure they meet appropriate security standards.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services in the operation of KOS Health:
- Google Gemini API — our AI Advisor sends your queries to Google's Gemini API to generate health and wellness responses. Your queries are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — our website is hosted on Netlify, and serverless functions process AI Advisor requests. Netlify's infrastructure handles data in accordance with their security practices.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct your personal data — ask us to update or correct inaccurate information.
